Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us, and we take pride in providing quality products you’ll love. While all sales are FINAL and we’re unable to offer returns or refunds, don’t worry— in the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, we’ll gladly send you a replacement right away.

Request

To request a replacement, customers must:

  1. Contact us within 10 days of receiving the order.
  2. Provide your Invoice number.
  3. Provide a clear photo of the issue.
  4. Submit a continuous unboxing video taken before opening the package, clearly showing the condition of the item upon arrival.
  • Photos or videos taken after unboxing will not be accepted.
  • Without this video proof, your replacement request will automatically be denied.

Verification

All claims will be reviewed and verified by our team. Only requests that meet the above requirements will be eligible for a replacement of the same product ordered. Changing of color or size for replacement is strictly not allowed. 

• A replacement will be processed promptly at no additional cost.

  • We do not accept exchange of colors and size.
  • Please make sure you purchase the correct color and size before placing the order.
  • Change of mind is NOT an acceptable reason to return the package.

Start a return

  • To start a return, you can contact us at shikimonomats@gmail.com.
  • Please note that returns need to be sent to our address in Muntinlupa City. 
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a Lalamove/Grab for pickup. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
