E-Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1.    Validity

Shikimono E-Gift Cards do not expire and carry no additional fees.

 2.    Usage
E-Gift Cards may be redeemed only on our official website for the purchase of eligible products. They cannot be exchanged for cash or used to buy another gift card.

3.    Partial Use

·       If the total purchase amount exceeds the gift card value, the remaining balance must be paid using another accepted payment method.

·       If the total is less than the gift card value, the remaining balance will stay on the card for future use.

4.    Multiple Cards

Multiple E-Gift Cards can be used in a single transaction.

 5.    Lost or Stolen Cards
Please treat your E-Gift Card like cash. Lost, stolen, or misused cards will not be replaced or refunded.

6.    Replacement
Purchases made using an E-Gift Card follow our standard return and replacement policy.

Just a heads up: All our Shikimono Comfort Mats are currently available for pre-order and will be ready in 10 -15 working days!

Packaging Information

Shikimono Comfort Mats are folded and vacuum sealed for easy shipping to your door step. It is normal to see creases and may appear thin when opened, allow 3-7 days until it goes back to its original fluffy self.

  • Machine washable - Tumble dry on low heat
  • Do not bleach - This preserves fabric color and texture
  • Avoid direct sunlight - To prevent fading.
  • Iron - maximum sole-plate temperature of 160 °C
  • Avoid harsh chemicals - As they can damage the mats surface.
  • Water Resistant - A simple wipe is all it takes to keep your mat looking fresh.
